A suitably experienced finance professional is required to lead a team in providing financial advice and financial support to a key Council department.
This is a key role within the Council's highly regarded finance function and you will be heavily involved in the Council's change programme as it looks to support the Council through the challenging economic climate.
Relationship skills will be key for this 12-month assignment as the postholder will be working with stakeholders across the Council, including Council Members.
Based within Corporate Finance, reporting to a Head of Finance, initially this post will be supporting our Regeneration Economic Development & Environment Department.
