You will be familiar with the process of expanding and contributing to the success of growing an operating platform from early stage success to a fully scaled up business. This will involve introducing third party capital, including joint ventures. Therefore corporate and fund structuring, negotiating and management is essential. Other duties will include:
- Control and leadership of a fast paced / dynamic finance team,
- To create and continue with the trend of high levels of accuracy and discipline across the finance function and audit process,
- Lead the growth of the business into a JV partnership and drive portfolio growth,
- Manage joint venture investment partnerships,
- Financial modelling, risk management and investor reporting,
- Cost analysis support and compliance with all contractual and internal requirements,
- Leadership of the company's business plan,
- Full ownership of technical accounting (financial / management accounts, year end work).
To be considered for this position you will ideally have experience with the residential or serviced property market.
