To provide analyses and explanations for incorporation into the monthly financial reporting pack. (included within target of 15% above)
Performance measurement will be weighted towards the activities below.
To provide routinely the analyses of Tier 1 allowances and rebates against budget and forecast. To discuss these with sales directors.
To provide suitable analysis and develop regular reports to allow sales and marketing budget holders to control and manage expenditure.
To develop and maintain a robust and user friendly sales pricing and CTO model with "what if" capabilities and to provide training to users. To adapt this tool for use with new products.
To provide challenge to sales initiatives and to provide hands-on financial support to the sales and marketing teams.
To be responsible for the financial modelling of proposed new products. To do "what if "analysis, to calculate NPV and payback measures and to do sensitivity analysis. To challenge proposals, provide technical advice and interpret the financial results.
To work with the sales and NPD teams to develop and implement a process post launch to do financial reviews of new products comparing to expected performance. To develop "what if" models to facilitate decision making.
To provide sales and marketing teams with financial analysis and support as required.
To focus on continuously improving processes and methodologies of regular routines to allow increasing focus on providing business support, analysis and financial advice.
To develop stock management reports in conjunction with Sales & Operations processes.
