Reporting to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager your duties will include:- Ownership of P&L reporting up to Gross Operating profit for selected product lines
- Indirect overheads monitoring.
- Development of financial and non financial indicators in coordination with department heads to assist managing productivity of key functions within the organisation.
- Ad-hoc projects and initiatives on cost control.
- Monthly upload of accounting trial balance into Group reporting system.
- Ensure invoices raised have a signed contract
- Ensure that amounts billed are as per contract and accounted for correctly
- Ensure that all contracts have been renewed and invoiced accordingly as per pipeline and renewal report. Propose necessary accruals
- Ensure all deferred revenues are accounted for correctly
- Liaise with accounting department for correct application of VAT rules on invoices
- Ensure billing is reflecting case volume and price agreement or applicable schedule of fees
- Validate allocation of revenue and cost of sales per contract type as per company's chart of account
