This well known charitable organisation is looking for a Head of Business Analysis and Management Accounts to join their busy finance team.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the key aspects to this role of this role will be:
* providing high quality financial information to support the trustee's, senior management team, budget holders and key external stakeholders
* providing analysis and related commentaries that will support and improve capacity building as the organisation continues to grow
* hold responsibility for investment and business analysis, lead on the design and implementation of robust analytical models and processes
* managing, motivating and directing the team, responsible for business partnering and production of the monthly management accounts, budgetary control and forecasting
The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant, or finalist at the later stages of qualification. You must have experience of working with a dynamic and rapidly changing organisation; be forward thinking and analytical in your approach to improve new ways of working and deliver results.
You must possess exceptional relationship building skills and a strong background in business analysis. You will be well organised and efficient, results orientated with advanced excel skills including modeling.
