A Deputy Financial Services Director is required for this Police body on a fixed term contract for 9 months. Reporting to the Financial Services Director you will manage a team of 6 with the day to day running of the finance department. Overseeing the management accounts and accounts payable function. You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with experience in year end procedures and budgets. Experience of capital accounting would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are required to communicate across the organisation with finance and non-financial managers at all levels. A background in Public Sector is essential ideally local Government.
