- Process time sheets and adjustments by entering data in line with deadlines
- Dealing with pay enquiries, filing and archiving of the time sheets and distribution of four-weekly payslips and TOIL
- Deal with payroll calculations, for example part-time staff wages
- Collate expense claims
- Prepare weekly payroll costings against budget
- Deal with new starter data
- Proven payroll experience
- Proven manual calculation experience
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of payroll systems
- Proven MS Word and MS Excel experience
- Flexible and adaptable - especially as the work load is initially 5 days a week but may be reduced to 3 or 4 days per week.
