You be a Qualified Accountant and have had exposure to IT and HR services.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Director in the strategic planning and operational management of the organisation as a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, ensuring compliance and that resources are planned and managed to achieve business goals.
Providing effective finance and resources management systems, services and expertise.
Specifying and quality assuring support services by means of service level agreements (Finance, IT and HR)
Leading and managing the staff team and the resources allocated to it.
To act as Company Secretary and contribute to corporate management and development.
