Northampton High School is an independent day school for girls aged from 3 - 18 years. The school has an excellent academic record, and provides outstanding facilities for art, drama, music, science and technology, as well as a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports.

• We require an enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable individual to oversee the organisation and smooth running of the non-teaching aspects of this successful, selective girls’ school.
• Reporting directly to the Head, the successful candidate will become a key member of the senior leadership team, able to lead on the financial and administrative management of the school.
• Other responsibilities include the oversight of the school’s extensive grounds, building maintenance, security, health and safety and the coordination of capital and refurbishment projects.
