We are seeking a Section Leader for an important role in the development and implementation of the Council's Corporate Property Strategy and the rationalisation and management of the property portfolio.
You will be responsible for the Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan and the development of initiatives across the Council for the better management of Council land and premises.
You will manage a small team of Asset Management Officers responsible for running significant rationalisation projects as well as the management of property performance data.
