On behalf of a commercial charity we are currently recruiting an Assistant Business Analyst for up to 6 months. Working within a team of 6 you will have responsibility for management accounts, reporting and forecasting.Main Duties:
- Support the Finance Manager with restricted funds
- Management and financial reporting
- Routine month-end activities, ad hoc reporting and projects
- Forecasting and key reconciliations
- Monthly reporting and analysis
- Liaising with key stakeholders and non-finance staff
Person Specification:
- Part- qualified level accountant with experience across commercial organisations
- Proven management accounting and business partnering experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proactive approach and skill in creative problem solving
- Experience with complex reconciliations and the ability to analyse numbers critically
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in preparing financial information including budgets, forecasts and commentary
