The core aspects of the role are:+ To provide a tax service which incorporates Income and Capital Gains Tax compliance, planning and advice.
+ The completion of Trust tax returns and travel accounts
+ Managing the tax return client bank to comply with all deadlines
+ Dealing with deceased clients' personal tax reporting requirements to date of death
+ Dealing with estate administration tax reporting
+ Assisting with production of estate accounts and Court of Protection accounts where necessary.
This is a diverse role which includes areas of marketing, networking as well as PR. Regular travel is a part of the job and candidates will need to own their own car.
This is a long term role where the successful candidate would be expected to attract new clients to the business and maintain a strong reputation and a public profile.
Strong technical skills are a must for this position. The successful candidate will need to be qualified by either a suitable formal qualification or experience as a tax manager.
Excellent attention to detail and IT skills particularly in Excel and tax software are key.
