Assistant Finance Manager
CY Resourcing is working with a key player in the Social Housing market in the Worcestershire area to find an immediately available Assistant Finance Manager to join their team on a exciting six month project within the finance arm of the business.
This is the perfect opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal time in their overall growth and strategy and to help develop and manage a team of highly skilled finance assistants.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and manipulating accounting data and produce financial reports or statements alongside the Finance Manager and business partners
- Identifying and implementing training to ensure proper accounting methods are used to ensure a streamlined process across the board
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a medium sized team and ensuring all targets and SLAs are met within given time frames. Public Sector/Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential, as long as the candidate possesses strong interchangeable skills. The successful candidate will be fully AAT qualified and Part Qualified CIMA (or equivalent).
