Our client, a local authority are seeking a Deputy 151 Officer for a period of 12 months to lead through a period of change.

This post will concentrate on the following;

  • developing staff and processes of the Resources department ensuring that it is fit for purpose.
  • To manage and negotiate existing contracts, including procurement, revenues and benefits, ICT, Customer Services & Business Support
  • Lead the process of setting up a joint service
  • Lead on commercial aspects of the Resources department

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential and the ability to adapt quickly to complex situations.

Must be CCAB qualified.
