Finance Manager (Deputy Section 151 Officer)
Centrally based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced accountant (preferably CIPFA) to join our Finance Team and act as our Deputy Section 151 Officer. This post will provide a challenging development opportunity, with an opportunity to widen your range of skills and experience.
You will have the ambition and drive to lead our finance teams. You will be expected to contribute towards providing a comprehensive, high quality finance service managing the specific areas of Capital Accounting, Leasing, Insurance, Payroll, Debt Collection, Treasury Management, Risk Management and Internal Audit contract monitoring. As deputy s151 officer, you will also be expected to support the Head of Finance and Property in the strategic management of the Finance Service.
Amongst other qualities, you should have significant experience in financial leadership and operational management at a senior level.
