A growing Surrey based Housing Association is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team to manage the finance function of the organisation. Reporting directly into and working closely with the Director of Finance and Resources, you will enjoy a very high level of responsibility and autonomy.

This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate handling a varied workload, ranging from risk management, preparing accounts on a monthly and annual basis, debt management, financial planning, budgeting, reporting and preparing the Statutory accounts.
The role will see the successful candidate being offered the chance to take leadership of the finance department, dealing directly with the Board of Trustee’s, making sure that the Housing Association meets its responsibilities and regulatory requirements.
A positive, customer focused attitude is essential along with staff management experience.
