My client, a UK leading International Charity which is frequently featured in the news, is looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partner (International Programmes) to provide high quality support to the finance team and country regions during an exciting period of change.

Reporting into Head of International Finance, this is a high profile role responsible for taking a lead in the financial management of International Programmes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear communication and in-depth support by building and maintaining excellent relationships with the business and ensuring budget holders are supported on all financial issues;
  • Producing  forecasts and ensuring they are maintained accurately by delivery staff in all geographies;
  • Supporting the organisation with planning and forecasting throughout the annual budgeting process, and be confident in your ability to critically evaluate their assumptions to ensure that a robust and realistic budget is set in line with the organisation’s financial objectives.

The successful candidate must be a fully qualified accountant from a nonprofit/commercial sector or audit background. You will a driven and proactive approach and robust technical skills. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance persons across the organisation.
