Finance Manager – Partnerships and Service Transformation
We have the opportunity to recruit to a new Finance Manager role with responsibilities for supporting Partnerships and Service Transformation within Adult Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to join the People Group Finance Team in a varied and challenging role.
This role reports in to and supports the Strategic Finance Manager for the People Group, and is based at our Warwickshire County Council Head Office, in the heart of Warwick Town Centre. Responsibilities include: working with multi-disciplinary colleagues to provide high quality financial advice, support and reporting to senior managers, management teams and boards from both Warwickshire County Council and partner organisations; ensuring that quality financial information informs strategic and operational decision-making in relation to the development and delivery of partnership arrangements and Adult Social Care service transformation.
This role will give the unique opportunity to work with multiple and varied partnerships in the Health and Social Care Sectors, as well as with internal divisional leaders.
You will be a CCAB qualified finance professional with knowledge of social care and health integration. You will ideally have recent local government experience. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners.
