Job Duties:

This finance role within the Adult Care Services Business Partner team will focus on working with senior colleagues in order to develop robust financial solutions that support Council priorities.

We are looking for a qualified CCAB accountant, or someone with equivalent experience, to lead on the provision of financial support to the development of business cases associated with determining alternative models of care delivery.

You will provide expert financial advice on the options and most appropriate method of delivery and model the impact of changes in service delivery. You will be proactive and enthusiastic and will contribute positively in representing Finance at Senior Management Project Boards.

Strong communication skills are crucial to the role with the ability to build effective working relationships as it will require the post holder to be able to work with, support and advise Directors and Assistant Directors within Adult Care Services, explaining highly complex financial information.
