A London based Housing Association with a challenging growth plan in place, is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant.
The role will provide high quality financial information, support and advice to budget holders across the Housing directorate, working closely with senior management and budget holders to deliver a high quality service to the business. The key responsibilities will include;
- Providing financial information on the Business Units
- Interpreting financial information and variances from budget/forecast and offer guidance and advice so that potential financial impacts can be identified
- Supporting budget holders in the annual budget setting and challenging the budget holders on their spending plans
To be suitable for the role you need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA) with excellent communications skills and the ability to influence and challenge. Previous experience of budgeting & forecasting is essential, whilst exposure to cost reductions is desirable.
